How do guest judges pick winners?

Each guest judge reviews the daily head-to-head matchups in their assigned category and submits a verdict score that is weighted into the FrameRating ELO alongside the community vote.

Can I nominate a photographer as a future guest judge?

Yes — the community can nominate working photographers through the Guest Judge Nomination form linked in the page footer. The editorial team reviews submissions quarterly.

When do guest judges review my category?

Guest-judge sessions rotate on a published four-week calendar. The upcoming schedule is visible on this page so entrants know which critic is reviewing their category and when.
